I’ve always had good experience with Milton Martin Toyota to be honest I did like it when they were in Gainesville and not at their new Oakwood location. I wish they would build a Toyota dealership further north but their service and their quick lube is great
Great service people are very pleasant to work with
The people in the maintenance department are very polite and helpful. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they will find someone that does.
The service department does an excellent job. I have been taking all of my vehicles to Milton Martin Toyota for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience.
Buying experience was good but the return customer service is horrible. I have taken my vehicle for service and in the process the have damaged it and have done nothing to remedy the situation.
