Very thorough. Polite. Love having a cup of coffee and a snack while I wait in their very nice customer lounge area. The employees are happily pleasant. Customer checkout is professional and kind. The are spot on when determining how long it will take to have my vehicle serviced!

They always are friendly and I trust them to work on vehicle. I was able to leave my vehicle and they gave me a ride to work and then picked me back up after work to take me to the dealership.
