Oh did that person have to wait to long to see a top notch endocrinologist who is not only seeing his patients in the office, but these Drs get calls from the hospital all the time with emergencies. Who drives that far and makes another appt that doesn't allow for any unseen incidents. I assure you that Dr Fan wasn't in his office taking a nap while you had to wait a bit. Dr Fan is simply great at what he does. My wife is a type 1 diabetic and is now at the lowest A1C of her life thanks to his expertise. I felt the need to review after seeing the other person's 1 star review only because they had to wait a while... That person needs to realize that waiting a little while at a hospital is actually a good thing. That means that you aren't the one with the extremely urgent needs. 5 stars all the way for Dr Fan!

I arrived 5 minutes early for my 4 :00 appt. Waited 25 minutes to get a room where the nurse grilled me with questions then said he would be right in. At 4:45 there was still no sign of him and I had another appointment. I left the room and went to the receptionist desk to ask for co pay back since I had to leave and never saw him. Just then there he is, he asked if I still wanted the appt, I had to say yes otherwise I would have to wait 8 MONTHS for another appt.
