Beware the Tune-up "Special" (updated) – Update (5/13/11): 2 new techs came out and checked some things, replaced a capacitor and showed me the readings, very friendly and explained everything in as much detail as needed. I am now very satisfied with the service they provided. If you need service from this company, try to get Steve or Kyle, they are outstanding. Best service in town! – Simply put, Milton Heating and air is hands down the best service i've ever received on any type of home repair. Yesterday (10/15/09) I had my gas turned on in my new to me house, and the gas company had an issue with the furnace. So I got on Kudzu, looked for a HVAC company in Alpharetta with a 5 star rating and found Milton HVAC.
