Never use this "dentist" This dentist told me I had 2 major cavities. I went in search of a less expensive doctor to perform the work. The doctor I found checked the two teeth before doing any work and found nothing wrong with either. To this day over 10 years later those teeth are still healthy. In fact I had a cavity with Salzer every few years since the age of 12. I have not had one cavity since I left him. Out for the money not your health I recommend a second opinion.
