Bought a refurbished laptop and rebuilt tower from them. ASUS sent the wrong charger for the laptop, but John immediately ordered the correct one. Unfortunately there a supply issue (lost in transit) on the 3T internal drive that I was having installed, so it delayed us a day or two. But, John also helped us out with extras to make up for the delay. Overall very knowledgeable and some very good prices. I would highly recommend them for pretty much any computer related items or issues you have.
