worst in town Come on,you cant tell thats the owner making that "best in town" review? Price place and shoty work. cheap parts. sub out transmission and body work.
Issue Resolved The owner Mark Milstead quickly resolved a misunderstanding about my fuel pump repair. In the 30 plus years of dealing with automotive repair places I have never had an issure more quickly and fairly resolved than what Mr. Milstead has done! He is an honest and fair man and stands behind his business and cares about his customers! Bravo and thanks Mr. Milstead!!

Staff not worth the price tag They were friendly but very over priced they gave me a quote for 4500 took and somewhere else and got all my work for 1600. Being friendly should not cost that much.
"Gold" standard I trust Milsteads. I have always been taken excellent care of.
Have already told our neighbors that you were quick to get it in for what we needed. You called with update to let us know what needed to be done, gave date it should be completed, called when ready. Very neat shop and very easy to work with. Will be back.
Their customer service is exceptional and the quality of their work is beyond my expectations.
I moved to Conroe 10 years ago. I was told by people that had lived here for years how honest they were. I have founf this to be true. As an older widow, you have trepidations about being told to buy something you don't need. This is Not true with Milsteads. If you don't need it, they will tell you.
Milstead's constantly kept in touch with me every step of the way on service to my RV motor home. Very professional and thorough.
