Very friendly staff, great service and prices
I went to Milstead Car Care, for an oil change and tire rotation, after a referral from friend. I got there at 8:00 am on a Saturday, they were able to get me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was very professional and polite. They checked my car over from top to bottom, and much to my surprise, said it all checked out just fine. They didn't try to pitch any other services that weren't needed. I never feel like they are trying to up sell me or do unnecessary repairs. I have recommended friends to them as well and have only had positive feed back . Keep up the good work Milstead!!
I have been going to Milstead Car Care for over 3 years and the service I receive has been nothing but perfect.
I have been bringing my car here well over 4 years and have never had the same problem more than once. Every time I walk into Milstead CarCare they greet me and are always professional and polite. The cleanest and most Knowledgeable automotive shop I have ever been to! Excellent, Excellent, Excellent, I highly recommend Milstead CarCare!!!

The best car care experience there is, by far! The staff is so friendly, the mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable, and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I have been taking my car there for years and I always leave happy!
I'm relatively new to Conroe and thankful to have stumbled upon a gem of a repair shop. I'm always treated with respect and the employees have worked with me to resolve any issue I've had. The prices are a little high, but anyone with common sense understand that if you want good work done, you need to pay good money. Highly recommend.
Issue Resolved! The owner Mark Milstead quickly resolved a misunderstanding about my fuel pump repair. In the 30 plus years of dealing with automotive repair places I have never had an issure more quickly and fairly resolved than what Mr. Milstead has done! He is an honest and fair man and stands behind his business and cares about his customers! Bravo and thanks Mr. Milstead!!
