Took my vehicle in to repair front bumper, asked for a quote for dent in fender, never got it. Went to pick it up and the old man there said he 'poked the dent out a bit with his finger'. There's no way he could have reached it, surprise, dent still there. Professionalism at it's best!
They wont do services that are not required. They give the option to decide. Friendly.
I have been using Milstead since 2010 when my husband passed away. They have been a Godsend to me! They are honest, many times charge me minimal bc there is not a problem. I will only take my cars to them They are always very professional and courteous Thank Goodness for the shuttle service. I have done comparisons in price. they are right in there and competitive.
