Have had the pleasure of using Milstead since we moved here 5 years ago. My car broke down within days of moving here; Milstead was called out for the tow; and they never charged me for the tow and fixed my car amazingly fast. The best part is that when I bring my car in for repairs or normal service, they take me to and pick me up from work...what a great perk for those of us who work. And Greg is always a pleasure to do business with. I feel like he is taking care of us, his customers. Thanks Milstead!
Worse experience ever. After a near fatal accident, my brother was left on the side of interstate 45 at 5 am with no phone(lost in accident) offered him a 100 bucks to take him to the gas station at least and repeated again "I'm not your f***ing taxi driver" my brother walked home 6 miles after the accident that could have easily been fatal. Thanks Milstead Automotive. Accident occurred 8/19/2016
My son and daughter-in-law were in town from KY over the 4th of July weekend and their car broke down at 5:30 on Friday night. I called Scott at Milstead and explained what was wrong and that my daughter-in-law was army and had to be back on base Tuesday AM. Scott coordinated the repair, got me connected with their towing dispatcher and had the repair done by 11am Saturday. I can't thank Scott and the team at Milstead enough for their help.
