I would give zero stars if I could. They do not let parents go back and I understand why. They are allowed to treat people like trash! Dr Milo is extremely rude and unprofessional and so is his front desk staff. My daughter was crying because she had to have a tooth pulled and she was nervous. They tried to enforce the need of Nitrous even though I stated I did not want her to have it because it makes her sick. They sent her away and would not treat her because we refused Nitrous. We used to like him, but on the past 2 visits the tech and Dr told my late teen daughter the only time she brushed was obviously just before visit, due to red gums. We knew this was not the case, as she always brushes 2x a day, and flosses daily. The first time I wrote it off to them having a bad day. After the following visit 6 months later, they accused her of not brushing again and were dismissive of any other cause of red gums. I got her into my dentist the next day for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Milo is a very knowledgeable pediatric doctor and he helped me and my children out when we had problems at other offices.
Love the staff and they are so patient with my children! I highly recommend this office!!
Dr Milo and his staff were amazing! My son was very nervous about his first trip to the dentist and they made it a great experience. He felt so proud of doing it all on his own. I am so thankful! I recommend him to everyone.
My children have been patients of Dr. Milo's for about 15 years now. The eldest will soon be 18 and it will be time to get an "adult" dentist for her. I highly recommend Dr. Milo and his staff. My family has received wonderful care from Dr. Milo and his staff. I am shocked by the accusations of rudeness. I have never heard or experienced anything like that at his office. I recommend him whenever I can!
Dr Milo is the most abrasive, rude, hateful person I’ve ever encountered. He should not be allowed to treat children.
Our Family was going to this dentist for years but after our last visit today we will not be going back. Made negative comments to our 11 year old son...saying to him sarcastically that he was his worst patient of the day and then told him now I have to deal with your brother age 14; all of this in front of his staff. Wow!... after making over $642 for less than 30 minutes of work you would expect more from a so called professional. No worries...there are much better dentists in the Brevard!
Run the other way. My son and I waited 52 minutes past our appointment time before his name was called. After discussing my son's dental problems in the waiting room, which I thought was inappropriate, the assistant stated I was not allowed in the back with my son. I told her I didn't feel comfortable with that. She stated this was office policy, parents are not allowed back with their children. My son is only 6. We left.
