Got a really nice car from Milnes Ford. Actually the owner of the dealership drove the 2018 Porsche Macan Turbo for a few months before I bought it. Ethan and the staff helped me and the process was smooth. I like the online application, I was already approved before I went to the dealership. My wife’s car is in a lease until next year and we will probably get another car from them. They always try to help you. Highly recommended.
Horrible experience, took my truck in for a recalled part, ended up paying for parts and labor because they said it didn't have the correct codes in the system, even though the part they replaced was the part on my paper for the recall. Transmission molded lead frame. Never again will I deal with the dealer for anything.
Recall for software issues on a Focus. Picked it up and returned next day. No problems and hassle free.
