Delightful experience! We pulled into Winston Salem late this evening and found Milner’s on Yelp. Bradford was the best server we have had in many years- gracious and friendly. The food was incredibly good- we started with fried green tomatoes and then pecan crusted salmon with sweet potato pancakes for me, sea bass special for my husband. Highly recommend the “new” old fashion- yum! I wish we lived here so we could come back to try additional small plates and entrees.

Great southern food and a nice homey atmosphere. Only thing I didn't care for was they included the gratuity in the check. Maybe that's an issue for them, maybe it was because I was part of a large party. Just the same I'm a 20-25% range tipper but I believe that "gratuity" is just that ... and adding it to the bill is pretty communist to put it bluntly.
Very nice atmosphere, great service, jazz music, and unbelievable mac n cheese and collards green.
Great atmosphere and food was delicious. Service was great also! New to the area and highly recommend.
This place was amazing! The fried chicken breast, collard greens, and grits were absolutely off the charts! The service was outstanding as well.
Shrimp and grits was yummy! Service was attentive, prompt and courteous!
