3 packages stolen so far as of 2.25.25. When asked to see video, ok we'll look into it. Gave specific time and date. Its been 2 weeks and still management says they will look into it. Thanks guy. I've filed complaints with USPS and Amazon. Only Amazon reimbursed. Yup got a frikkin P.O. Box cuz MPLS so so bad thats $90/6 mo. Car towed illegally with parking permit number showing. Do not move to the apt 227 by any chance my brother has been living there and it’s been a nightmare. It will be like if you move above a rock and roll bar. You won’t have a rest and management will no take any action to guarantee your rights. Your neighbor if you move to this apartment will do your life miserable and management could not care less about it.
New manager, Sebastian, is the best. I didn’t qualify to live here but I sure wanted to! I would highly recommend!
Don’t move here if you can avoid. Safety is not taken seriously, even when something very serious happens and there is no enforcement of any type to live in peace.
