I have lived here since 2020 but maintenance has never been has bad as it right now. My kitchen sink started leaking on Monday morning May 11. I placed a maintenance request through the resident portal and no one came to fix it by late Monday afternoon. I called the leasing office and was told they would alert maintenance. By Tuesday afternoon again no one had come to fix it. I personally went to the leasing office and was told again they would alert maintenance to prioritize the leak. I just moved in two weeks ago, therefore I have packages coming in to furnish the new unit. Well… my packages have been STOLEN. I notice many broken open packages like someone is looking through them. And the leasing agent stated that it is too much to look through camera footage to see who is stealing packages. I’ve only been here 4 months, and communication from staff is terrible. My emails and phone calls remain unanswered. I walked over to the leasing office after they returned from an extended lunch during business hours. It was one hour after closing however, I saw Farrad inside, and instead of opening the door or asking what I needed, he just shook his head “no” through the window. This complex has been the absolute worst ! My packages have been constantly getting stolen! This is honestly really devastating to the point where i want to break my lease. Literally MAJOR problem living here. No one seems to even care my packages being stolen, everyday. These are expensive packages. My designer, my clothes, my household items.
