My dad was sick so I traveled for a week. During that time, they towed my car without any notice at all in my email nor text because it had a flat tire. The car was towed almost 2 hours away!! They'll also boot your car for no reason. Totally ridiculous. Also there have been many breakins into cars. They're enforcing the wrong rules, breakins are forgiven and not enforced, but law abiding car owners are punished for ridonculous reasons

Do not move into this complex! There have been SEVERAL car break-ins since I moved here in Nov 2023. Last month there were almost 30 cars that were broken into in one the weekend. My boyfriend’s car was also broken into in September while visiting me and my car was broken into TWICE this week. Needless to say, our security is a joke. Over 40 cars got broken into in our "secure parking garage" with broken glass everywhere. My car had 2 shattered windows so I spoke with management and they did absolutely nothing except tell us to keep valuables out of our cars.
Rental Price Discrepancy Suggesting Unfair Practices • The leasing office wanting me to renew my current unit at $1,950/month for 12month lease. • Just two days later, the same unit was listed for $1,660/month (a $300 difference) • It appears they wanted to trap me into an overpriced renewal rather than allow me to apply for a fairly priced unit.
