As I am moving out in less than a month, I thought I would go ahead and give my thoughts on this property. Before I start, more than 50 residents emailed the CEO of Continental realty, JM Shapiro, with no response or regard for our situation. We haven't had a property manager in over 3 months. We TRIED. Buckle up. 1. You pay for trash that is never picked up. Residents are left for days without trash service with no compensation to your monthly bill. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! dirty place , both cars got windows smashed , a month from each other. Then they gone tell you about they policy. like they a robot , they don’t help with anything all they want is money. Look someplace else i promise you this not the place you want to move into. wish i could leave no stars they don’t even deserve 1
I want to give a special shoutout to Diana who went above her way to make sure I had a great experience with my tour. Having lived at Millworks before and already considering this to be ‘home’, I had no doubts about returning and resigning. I look forward to living here for as long as I can.
