The apartment units are nice, but negative reviews are accurate. Main issues are stolen packages, domestic violence, maintenance problems, and loud noises. 1. The mailroom is on the first level of the parking deck, not near the leasing office, leading to frequent package thefts. I’ve had at least $3,000 worth of packages stolen, including prescription meta glasses, furniture, you name it. Fire alarm has been going off every morning for over an hour for the past 3 days !! I do NOT recommend smh
DO NOT MOVE HERE . The fire alarm randomly goes off for 45 minutes straight. It’s not one alarm, it’s all the fire related alarms in my apartment. And when I say random, I mean 2am, noon, or even right now at 10am.
I’ve only been here 4 months, and communication from staff is terrible. My emails and phone calls remain unanswered. I walked over to the leasing office after they returned from an extended lunch during business hours. It was one hour after closing however, I saw Farrad inside, and instead of opening the door or asking what I needed, he just shook his head “no” through the window. i wish i could put 0, but that’s not a option. my packages have also been stolen, there is NO cellular connection in my unit, I HAVE LEFT MANY EMAILS THEY GO UNANSWERED! The walls are very thin. I’ve contacted maintenance for many issues they go unresolved, but they mark them as if they have shown up to my unit. The staff is terrible. Please do not move here!! I wish i could break my lease.
