I HAD CALLED THIS COMPANY 4 TIMES OVER THE 6 DAYS. RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I WAS UPSET BECAUSE I FELT THAT APPARENTLY THEY DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS HOWEVER, I DID NOT REALIZE THE PERSON THAT I WAS WAITING TO HEAR FROM HAD JUST LOST HIS FATHER AND WAS TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF FAMILY MATTERS AND DEAL WITH HIS PERSONAL LOSS.
