The management at Millwood apartments should be ashamed of themselves!!! I just read a story about a young man who lost his life to a brutal disease now only a few days after his passing you want to evict the girlfriend and their two small children. Who ever this person is, should be fired!!! Absolutely disgusting. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE I know not to rent from that place EVER!!! God help this young lady and her kids. Terrible.

To say I'm speechless is an understatement. My nephew passes away on Saturday and by Tuesday his employer Millwood apartments calls his significant other to demand his work phone and keys to his job. But the catcher here is that while they are demanding this to happen she is at the funeral home picking out a small piece of jewelry for her and their two daughters to keepsake some of his ashes! I just read about Bruce Eaton and how his family is now being evicted by management. The owners and complex manager should be ashamed of themselves! I was angry enough at my illegal eviction last year (my lease was not renewed after I took legal action against other residents for harrassment, assault and property damage), but this really takes the cake! I hope action is taken and Millwood is penalized.

The way you have treated ur employees family is awful! My cousin and his family deserved more than a call to demand the keys and his phone which was his 6 yr old lifeline to her father back 3 DAYS after he passed. I hope and want future residents and employees to know what you are really all about!
