I used the Millvale Building Company for the construction of a 20' x 16' deck and they have been by far the best contracting service I have used. They are very skilled, easy to work with, fairly priced, and refreshingly reliable. They actually finished our deck ahead of schedule which is something unheard of in the contracting world. I had a few issues I was dealing with around the yard (fence posts degrading, doors not shutting smoothly, etc.) and contacted Millvale Builds after seeing the great work they've done through their Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Sure enough they were willing and able to lend a hand. New Sun Rising had a very positive experience with Millvale Builds. They donated their time and effort to install a picnic table for Girty's Woods as a donation to support the 155 acre land. The woods are a key part of Millvale and the picnic table is a great addition to the space for hikers enjoying the space. Millvale Builds not only donated their time, but made the process very easy. When my front steps broke I reached out to Max to help the repair. He worked to determine what could be salvaged and what needed to be totally replaced which really helped keep costs in check. Contract language was straightforward and fair. Max and Sean showed up when they said they would with excellent communication throughout the process and got the project completed in the quoted timeframe. End result is a study and safe set of stairs!
