Paul is not a doctrinal psychiatrist using sterile, anatomical approaches he deploys a broad set of approaches in his practice and is a kind empathetic person as well. My life has changed enormously for the better since undergoing long term therapy with him . You have to be prepared to really challenge yourself as well along the way to gaining insight.
