I would like to share my experience with this apartment complex, especially since I see mostly positive reviews — unfortunately, our experience has been very different. We moved in about two weeks ago, and at first the apartment appeared clean and in good condition. However, just a few days later, a very strong and unbearable smell of cat urine started coming from the unit, most likely left by previous tenants who had pets. I've lived here for several years now. Very quiet neighborhood. The 3 maintenance guys are always so sweet, kind and professional. The leasing office manager Sandy is such a sweetheart. Very peaceful place to live. Thank you Millstream Village.
