Our lease was supposed to end SEPTEMBER 17. We supposedly needed to turn in a vacate form 60 days prior to the end lease date, however we never received a renewal form or a vacate form until I called to tell them that we were planning on leaving when our lease was up on September 17. I just had a baby and was at the hospital right at that 60 day mark. Unable to leave (obviously) my form was turned in as soon as I got home from the hospital and they are still charging us a whole extra week after our signed lease end date.
You simply cannot beat the service and quality. I love, love, love where we live right now. With the horrendous snow we’ve had yesterday, they already have clean the sidewalks plowed the drives, and are moving the snow that the snowplow left away so we can move our cars in an out of our parking lot parking spots and garages. Thank you Millstone of Noblesville!
If you have dogs BEWARE!!!! Wish I could give no stars. Insist management pull back carpet before and after you move to this place. Take photos, you could be paying for "supposed" new carpet after you move out.
