No. They are pushy, high pressure sales people with shady mechanics. We had several bad experiences with them, including poor auto repair service.
put close to fifteen hundred dollars into repairs done by Preston. Compressor; break pads front two wheels and a bad sensor. Thought that was steep to begin with. Then shortly after the work was done a strange sound was heard coming from the engine bay and the car is running oddly. When we looked closely we discovered the mechanic had left several tools in the engine bay. Turns out the radiator is now damaged. just bought a vehicle and it had issues driving it off the lot! not getting ANY help in getting it fixed. Managers name is Brad. I hope someone higher up in the company can give me a hand.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , SOLD ME A VEHICLE THAT NEEDED $4,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS, THEN SAYS “ITS OUT OF OUR HANDS”.
