Never answer the phone and never calls back when you leave a message
Extremely courteous and efficient...I never thought I would have a good time getting my oil changed I definitely will be back and I'll never go back to Valvoline

My Dad ordered flowers for my birthday, the 29th of May, to be delivered by the afternoon of the 27th. No delivery, no phone call, no return phone call after I made repeated attempts to contact the shop! I also sent an email with the order number as well. Nothing happened until the 30th when I left a note on the door of the shop and also contacted my Dad's financial institution to contact the shop and file a claim.
