I'm handicapped. They had my car towed from my apartment from the handicapped spot with my handicapped tag hanging from the rear view mirror because I complained that my apartment flooded four times in six months. The tow company admitted that Morgan in the office asked them to steal my car. Then he wanted two hundred dollars to give it back. I have complained several times about the pigeon problem over my head now their droppings are falling all over the balcony outside of my bedroom door outside their scratching and making all kinds of noises early in the mornings so much so that I cant sleep one flew out my bedroom closet one time while I was laying in bed that shows you how bad they are but since nothing have been done I will be calling the board of health or whoever I can get to solve this problem or I'll be putting my rent in escrow. this is ridiculous!!!
RecommendedYou should consider forgiving April's Rent and beyond as everyone has been impacted by this crisis. I cant even begine to imagine what will happen if you choose not to, as no one is going to fill your vacant buildings, and trying to evict so many people could come with a terrible price as those people will have nothing else to loose. I would most definitely recommend Mill's Run to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment! The office staff is very welcoming and helpful! I love the layout of the apartment. I am so glad I chose this complex for my son and I too live! 💙
When I first moved in, I loved my apartment. However, Management changed and thieves moved in. Repairs are not done as promised or when they email you saying its complete. I've been here since 2016, 2017 became utter foolishness if not fuckery. My next move is to put my rent in Escrow until they remedy all of my complaints. Someone in my unit is an apartment pirate whereas 3 out of 4 parcels were taken from my front door. Took a tour and loved it, they are offering awesome prices for the area and the apartment was ready for move-in ASAP, which is so hard to find downtown. Love it!
They have terrible customer service and even though monthly statements get messed up with your “amount due” they are requiring many of us to pay late fees on our rent.
I would have given Mills Run a 3 but because Mills Run (Village Green) stole my deposit money, I'm not. Lived here for three years. Went through three property managers. Of course when I moved out a final bill was not sent to explain why or why not my deposit was taken. Not once did they clean the carpets. Each of my neighbors moved out the same year because of their lack thereof. Make sure you have renters insurance because water issues will arise. Downstairs flooded three times.
