Illinois law requires Associations (Management Companies) provide condo docs within 30 days, Mills Realty DOES NOT. They do not respond to requests and when they do they say Leroy was out of town (for 30 days and didn't put anyone in charge) Would not recommend this company.
Mills is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and get the job done. They treated my family like their family. My agent Roger was awesome. Leroy is an amazing person with a thorough understanding of realestate. They held my hand and guided me through this process and never made me feel bad because I didn't know something. If you are looking for a real estate agent I strongly urge you to give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.
