From the time you walk into Mill point dental until you the leave the experience is wonderful. The staff is all very kind and friendly. I just love my hygienist Lauren, she is extremely gentle and very professional. Meeting the new dentist was a real pleasure. Dr. Mike is great, very knowledgeable and personable.
Barb is the best- this is my 3rd visit with her and she is a wonderful hygienist after my 25 year relationship with Sheri, my former hygienist. Hope we can both top that. I met Dr. Mike for the first time and appreciated his interest in my life and his knowledge around my dental concerns...got a “morning repositioner” today from the Oral Surgeon, on Dr. Mike’s suggestion.
Dr. Mike, Joy and Sarah treated me like I was a long-standing patient of their practice. I had called around 3 PM and was in their offices at 4PM to meet with the good Doctor about a broken bridge. I am hoping to have the problem resolved soon. I am new to Bend and will be a loyal patient going forward. Thanks for taking care of me.
I recently moved to Bend and was at the Kids Fair last Saturday and there I met Dr. Mike. Called on Monday made an appointment. Sara is the one I saw first, she was very thorough and asked a lot of questions, but I understood why. Then I met Dr. Mike again, very in tune to my needs as a very nervous person who does not care for the dentist, he was amazing.
