All the staff at Mill Point are friendly and respectful. I always leave feeling good and well cared for. My concerns are taken seriously and the hygienists give me tips on tooth and gum care. The doctor is wonderful and the front desk staff are courteous and kind!
My experience was very good. Because of medical issues in family a whole year went by before cleaning. I suffered through it , had a numbing agent helped soo much. Very good experience.
As with many people, I used to become tense as the time for my routine check-up approached, and don't even ask about my anxiety if I had to have any "repair" work done. But since I've been a patient of Dr. Mike and Cassandra things are much different. This last Monday Cassandra cleaned my teeth and I was so relaxed that I almost dozed off while she was working. I have been bringing my littlest with me to all my check ups. He has been coming since he was an infant and most recently almost 3 years old. Tbe staff have loved on him, set up little areas, talked to him and never made me feel like I was burdening them. As a mom it is tough to get ‘our’ appointments done and with Mill Point, I feel comfortable and appreciate the extra attention they give to my tag-a-long.
I had my teeth cleaned by Barb and she was awesome! Everyone at Mill Point has always been friendly, gentle, and caring. But Barb blew me away! I've never left a cleaning feeling clean and with no lingering pain. I can't rave about her enough.
I am always pleased with my 6 month cleaning with Barb. She appears genuinely concerned with my mouth hygiene & health. She explains everything she is doing as she progresses along and educates me on what I can do better!
I have had a great experience since Mill Point has been under new ownership. Michael Longlet, DDS is everything you look for in a great dentist.
I got a crown replaced in March 2018 by my old dentist. I wasn't able to chew on it without it hurting so he put me on antibiotics. That did not help so he sent me to an endodontist who said I did not need a root canal. Finally my dentist said we may have to pull the tooth. I cried in the chair and left never to go back there again. I went to 2 other dentists and neither could figure out the problem. Finally I ended up at Mill Point.
