I had a terrible experience taking my car for repairs. Had poor communication from them, they racked up the price when I just needed one part changed and they took the longest time to complete the job.
Service Manager Tim stated he inspected install of wheel well panels and splashguards. Tim justified taking 2 hours for a single tech to complete the job because thats what the manual stated it would take. $315 to install which really shouldnt take more than an hour max. I paid the invoice, drove out of the service shop area and noticed the service tech did not close up roll & lock bed cover. Just avoid this place. I can't say it enough. Just bring your stuff to Atwater ford. You couldn't get better service in Atwater
