Extremely slow!!! Waited 1.75 hours for oil change
I purchased a Jeep 3 months ago. It came with one FOB and a missing floor mat. My salesman, Tommy said he would get back to me with both, a floor mat and finding the missing FOB he was sure they had. Over the next few weeks when I would call to check on the status, I just got excused of "trust me" I will get them to you. 3 months later and not even a phone call. Love my Jeep, but I am assured there is no trust built and will not be a repeat customer.
We were impressed with the personalities, positive attitudes and customer driven energy from all the department employee's!

I went to Mills last month to have my car serviced. It was an awful experience in the service department. Not only were the service people rude to me but the time I had to wait was doubled because no one was able to order the correct transmission for my car. It was not until I got mad that I had already waited a week before anyone offered me a loaner car. A person in service told me not to get mad because it wasn't "their" fault.
