RecommendedI can’t say enough about this medical office and team. I had basil cell (cancer) on my lower eyelid. Dr Mills saved my eye! He sent me to Dr Henghold(dermatologist) to have it removed. He waited on me at Baptist Medical Park and reconstructed my eye. Just about all of my lower eyelid was removed. Dr Mills gave me another eyelid with his miraculous surgery. I will never be able to thank him enough for giving me my eye back. Wonderful place and staff.
Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Entire staff is amazing!! Had a minor emergency,,called 8am on monday morning,,had an appointment by 9am!! Check in was a breeze and Lynn was excellent at walking me through all the pre checks with dilation and numbing medicine,,Dr. Mayes did a complete exam on both eyes,even though the left eye was the problem,,,I definitely will always use them for all my eye care!!! Thank you to the entire staff!!!

Great experience from the front desk all the way to check out. Dr. Mills is amazing. Dr. Mayes is amazing. Joseph w/insurance and scheduling is amazing. All of the tech folks are amazing. Professional yet caring. Timely appointment. Dr. Mills did my husband's two cataract surgeries this month, and we could not be more pleased!!! Thanks everyone at Mills, for taking such good care of him!!

Amazing care and staff, and amazing results and after care
So here we sit 8:30 a.m after arriving a little before 8:00 a.m. The waiting room is full of people. The Dr still hasn’t arrived yet. I love it when people think their time is worth more than mine! Thanks Dr. Mills for wasting my time.
