Had to have an old crown removed. I was too nervous about what was going on with the tooth underneath after the old crown was removed. Dr. Hayward and his Team put me at ease and worked swiftly. I'm sooooo glad I found him and his group. This was a great visit. I'm definitely not afraid of going to the dentist anymore because of Dr. Hayward.

Bad Experience When my dental insurance was up for renewal, before enrolling in a new dental insurance plan, I checked with the dental practice if the dentist would be “in network” for the plans I was considering. They confirmed via email that the dentist is “in network” for the plans. So, I enrolled in one of the plans. When I had dental work done, and the claims were processed, the insurance company has the dentist as “out of network” for the plan I had chosen. A very friendly office. I changed dentists because I was invisible after 20 years. After only little more than a year, I already feel more comfortable with Dr. Harward's office.
