The worst place ever the HOA President was very rude to people called some guy a redneck, came out cussing and yelling at people who were blocking the road.. they were doing line work for Duke Energy.. I would never want to live there she treats the maintenance man for the apartment complex like trash.. I honest would give this place a big fat Zero stars if they had it cause of that HOA President lady..

HOA will accuse community members of actions they didn't commit, in front of clubhouse cameras that should have recorded their accusations. HOA is unable to provide any video after you ask for it to help exonerate yourself. The clubhouse manager won't actually provide film if you are in the right, and accuse them of defamation. Raising the HOA fee from 350 to 405. But when you ask for the break down of expenses they won’t give it. I reported holes in the data to authorities. I’ll keep you posted. Don’t move here. The HOA are thieves.
