My sister lives in the condos near troublcreek. The community is always clean and kept up. I visit her often from tampa.

Great & quiet community! I have lived here for about 6 years. It has a beautiful landscape with meticulous upkeep. However, our neighborhood road- Old Millpond Drive is unfortunately a cut through for many individuals coming off of 54 or Trouble Creek. Therefore, people are driving VERY OFTEN way over the posted limit of 30 MPH. When you have a neighborhood with families, children and little dogs (like mine) it is honestly very dangerous & ridiculous!!!
