I wish I could recommend Millis and Main. But I can’t. From the outside it looks pristine, but I can assure you, there are many issues with the property. They advertise as a gated community. We lived there for over a year and the gate was broken AT LEAST half the time if not more. On multiple occasions random people who didn’t live in the community were just hanging out. I have lived in 6 different apartments between Atlanta, Raleigh and now Jamestown and this has been my favorite. Clean, beautiful and up to date. My neighbors are awesome and as a single girl in her late 20's I never once felt unsafe here. Management and the maintenance team are very responsive and normally have my issue addressed and fixed within 24 hours. I was forced to move for work otherwise I would have lived here at least another few years. I highly recommend these apartments!
Love our apartment, but never no parking. Management does not enforce the parking stickers versus Guest. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

I highly recommend Millis and Main! Megan and the staff were extremely friendly and informative along the entire process. The apartments are an amazing value for the upgrades and customer service you receive. If you are looking to rent in the Greensboro area - I would highly recommend you rent from MM, you will not regret it.
Resident here and I have to say the customer service here is beyond reproach. Anytime I have a concern Ali is always right there to address it with a smile on her face. Today I had a couple of questions about the pool and she was able to answer them right away. I greatly appreciate her help. That kind of service is rare this day in age. That is why I continue to be a happy resident here! �
Great COMPLEX w/ resources.. it's a great place to live and vacate, I'm very much enjoying my stay. Highly recommended!
