Very disappointed. The flowers were not fresh, by the next day they already looked tired and started wilting. On top of that, there was a strong unpleasant smell inside the store, like pee, which made it really uncomfortable to be there. As far as I understood, there’s a dog living in the shop, which might be the reason, but it’s definitely not acceptable for a flower store. Overall, a very negative experience, and I won’t be coming back.

NONE of the requirements were met! Here's my experience.. Since the store opens at 10:00 am, I called the shop a few days prior to my event (March 21) to see if it's feasible to pick up a bouquet of my choice from their online store between 9:40 - 9:45 AM. They said yes. For transparency, I can't remember if there was a note section while placing the order in which I highlighted the desired pickup time. First order was not great on timing. I ordered 8am delivery and it came much later which was a bummer.. But they made up for it afterwards and I got to send flowers for a second time to someone and they arranged a beautiful bouquet for the occasion. Mistakes happen but they made good on their issue and offered to make it up on my next order and that says a lot about the owner's care to make things right.

The main issue was the very limited flower selection. I could only find roses and was hoping for lilies or other options, but there really wasn’t much variety. Maybe it was because I went right after Valentine’s Day, so I can’t say it’s always like this. Also, preparing my bouquet took almost 45–50 minutes. The staff were polite, but for the prices they charge, the service should be much more efficient.
