The main issue was the very limited flower selection. I could only find roses and was hoping for lilies or other options, but there really wasn’t much variety. Maybe it was because I went right after Valentine’s Day, so I can’t say it’s always like this. Also, preparing my bouquet took almost 45–50 minutes. The staff were polite, but for the prices they charge, the service should be much more efficient.

I’ve been trying to reach them since noon. When I chose the delivery option, they claimed they couldn’t fulfil it without a clear reason, citing the distance as the problem. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered to refund my item. After eight hours on the phone, they’ve now decided to cancel my order. It’s frustrating that they didn’t inform me sooner about the delivery issue, and the representatives were rude and unresponsive.
