Went in today to get my acrylics removed and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever! I walked in, straight to the front counter and was not greeted by who I think was the owner for a good few minutes before she decided to look up from her phone. I was then rushed inside where she did my treatment. As soon as the first acrylic was taken off, she began to laugh at the state of my natural nail (my nails are short). Rushed, no filing, technician (manager)left and came back no less than 15 times to serve, call out to customers to come in and I had to remind her to actually do the Pedicure. She thought she had done it. Terrible job with gel spilling onto skin and now hard. Don’t waste your money.
Yesterday my daughter want to get her nail done with the style she want, we show the style we want and ask for the quote before booking but the result after nail done is very diferrent from what we asking for and they still charge the same, I dont think it worth for $140 with what they did for my daughter nail, very disapointed with the service, they very rushed and rude. I see my daughter nail last night it uneven. She need to took the bow of because it look bad and not the style she want
If i could give 0 stars i would how is it $160 for infills honestly might as well rip them all off before i go and get a full set. They were arrogant rude and rough. It disgusts me how disrespectful and rude they are. Such bad service store is disguting and the nails aren’t even good they are wonky not even the shape i asked for and just outright ugly.
They were quite rude didn’t listen for what you asked for or what I said really aggressive when they brush the dust off your nails and with the drill very unprofessional in my eyes and over priced
