Outstanding staff death personnel in line crew. Could not have been more welcoming
I love this FBO. There’s fancy FBO’s like Signature that charge you for sneezing and then there’s nice FBO’s like this one that have warm cookies and a smiling person to help you out. I added a quart of oil to my engine before I took off and somebody came out of the FBO because they saw me walking towards the trashcan so they could grab my trash for me.
Really nice facility great to hangout in between flights
Really I just used the bathroom getting ready for our Hot Air Balloon ride!! Their building is under renovation!!
Called ahead saying we would get there a little before when they closed at 2000 and they said it was no problem. Got to the FBO at 1947, they took 20 minutes to top off a Seminole and then charged us a $132 “after hours” call out fee.
