Heather and Chad are great but the low rating is because of Muncie manager is somewhat rude. I’m sure she doesn’t mean to be but, I fell behind in the payments and they won’t repair my car. It’s not safe but the woman at the Muncie lot said no repairs till I was caught up. Does she not care about people’s safety? I have bad calipers that need replaced and a wheel bearing and an oil pan gasket replaced. Nothing has been done. They want their money but if my car breaks down how are they gonna get it because I can t go to work ... read more
Save yourself the trouble, do not buy a car from this place!
They are horrible I gave them $4000 down and paid a month ahead plus had to get $200 full coverage insurance on a 2013 Dodge Traverse. I had it 3 weeks the timing chain broke & they had it a month before I got it back. Then 11 days later the Engine blew & the owners were on vacation the insurance they claim to provide for towing wouldn't work so i paid $80 out of pocket to have it towed to the car lot. The owners wife called and left a voice message saying it would take them 2 weeks to find and put a engine in that was in ma... read more
