They offer to negotiate on rent increases but that is a lie. There is no negotiations. It's take it or leave it. They will also raise your rent the full 10% allowed by WA state law. Do not trust any emplyee or anything these people say.
Rae has been wonderful through the whole moving process! :) I haven’t fully moved in yet, but so far, everything has been going smoothly. The apartment is very nice, spacious, and affordable for the area. I look forward to calling Millington home! :)
Have toured many other properties. Decided on this complex partly because Rose was timely with returning phone calls and gracious throughout the process. Hope the ladies in the office keep up the good work.
Loving this apartment so far. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a fire marshal inspection right after we moved in and they were very courteous about the fact that my wife and I work from home. Staff was friendly and helpful with the whole process of moving in. I am very glad we chose this apartment complex.
