(Currently a resident) (Pros)Apartments are very well kept on the OUTSIDE, safe quiet area, great pool and hot tub, office people are pretty feiendly, maintenance is amazing and go above and beyond. (Cons) Very poor insulation winter bills are usually pretty high. 300$ just PUD. Carpet beetles (bugs) spring summer, gross amount altho they are willing to spray your apartment still gross. The safest place I have lived in my 46 years on this earth! The grounds are well kept ( pool area, lawn and they often rotate flower in the flower beds ), service request are complete most of the time on the same day and I mean even on the weekend! The staff go over and beyond my expectations!
Service requests are always handled in a timely manner. The service techs are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and fabulous at their job. I have always been contacted the day I put in the request and scheduled for that day or the next day or two at my convenience. I could not be more satisfied with the team here.
