Been living here for almost 3 years. Staffs are promptly help thru their maintenance call line. Office ladies are strive to help residents. This facility accommodation might not be the best or luxury like it advertised in my book, but service and environment are definitely one of kind in neighborhood. I would recommended.
Watch your cars here. This apartment complex told me it was okay for me to park my truck here as I was a current resident. Then they proceeded to tow it and then not take responsibility for towing the vehicle. I had to pay1700 dollars just to get it out of a tow yard. Staff refuses to take responsibility for their own actions.
Loved living here! Super nice and spacious apartment—I rented a 2B/2B, and the rent felt very reasonable, especially for a newly renovated unit. Everything worked smoothly, no issues at all. The staff is always friendly, and move-in was a breeze. Maintenance is quick, helpful, and always polite. I genuinely enjoyed my time here—it felt like home. Just one small suggestion for management: assigned parking would make things even better. Other than that, everything was great! Cheers!!!
