I had an old outside deck that I thought would need to be completely demolished and rebuilt. I called Milliken Home Solutions and met with Dave. He was honest and told me the deck was actually in good shape and just needed repairs. He did exactly that—repaired every board that needed to be replaced, painted everything, and even installed a new screen door with a doggie door! We had tornado damage to our home. Dave Milliken and his crew did a fantastic job fixing the damage! He is a great communicator, an excellent contractor who really knows what he’s doing. They are prompt, efficient, clean, and do excellent work. And great guys to boot! When the owner of the company is vacuuming the work area at the end of the project you know you have a very considerate and professional contractor.
