I have been a customer of Milliken Bridlewood Vet Clinic for four years and have brought both of my pets here. Dr. Wu and the entire staff have always been very patient, professional, and reliable. I have a troubling experience at your clinic. My pet was very ill—vomiting, fever, and weak—and I called to ask if we could bring her in before closing. The receptionist said a doctor was not available, but when I explained the urgency, she told me to take her to an emergency clinic and offered no constructive guidance and she said "just google it" When I asked for a recommendation or whether we could bring her the next day, she replied that you were fully booked for the next four days. I really appreciated how kind and thorough Dr. Wu was. She explained everything clearly and in a way that was very easy to understand. She also printed out information about feline asthma in Korean for me, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. I had a very positive experience and really appreciated the care and attention Dr. Wu gave to Tori. Thank you so much!

The staff and Dr. Rice were very friendly. They had an appointment available on the same day for my cat. My cat felt at ease even though it was her first time at this clinic! Sept 2026 update: Both my cats visit the clinic and see Dr. Wu. The clinic is very easy to communicate with, using the website/app, and booking an appointment is very easy as well. Dr Lam is very knowledgeable. If you have any questions or concerns, she answers them, in a way you can understand. I have brought a few pets here over the yrs, and Dr Lam always treats them like her own. I have a declawed, polydactyl cat, who is now 12 years old, and once years ago, the extra toe curled really bad. I was scared, but Dr Lam and her assistant, made sure my cat was not in much pain, when cutting the nail, and put me at ease. Also, if you board your pet, it gets the best of care.
