I was not made to feel guilty over not choosing all shots except necessary one. I was given options for treatments for Max's ( my elderly dog) concerns. I did not feel rushed, rather I felt the doctor was genuinely concerned. My fears were alleviated with the careful presentation of Max's ailments. Excellent service.
I’m very happy that we found Dr. Lam as our dog’s veterinarian. Every time she sees our dog, she takes the time to greet her and even crouches down to say hello. This makes our dog feel comfortable and not afraid of visiting the vet. Sometimes when we are just coming in for a check-up, our puppy is even eager to go inside. Our two skittish rescue cats are calm and unafraid during their annual checkup with shots. We have been coming here with them for seven years and will be back every time they need attention. I highly recommended.
