This company was contacted by our home warranty company. Our 15 year old dishwasher caught on fire. Thankfully we were home to put the fire out. Appliance Network told the warranty company that it was repairable and lied about us being able to get cash in lieu of repair. The repair tech said the charred insides of the dishwasher door could stay as is and didn't need replaced since you couldn't see them. Called for service 2 months ago still not fixed and now the refrigerator is completely out and a food has spolied! Not very responsive to emergency.
