They are constantly changing staff, manager numbers and I have never seen them in the office during this year. They moved out of their previous office a few months ago and the new office is currently under renovation. It is very difficult to contact them almost impossible.
Completely unresponsive and a joke. Money on applications wasted, as they don't respond, send a follow-up, or get back to you at all. I've now called Ryan Panny’s direct line over 10 times—each attempt met with the same voicemail greeting and zero return call. Sent an inquiry directly to an agent's email (Ryan) after someone recommended him. No response at all. So I Googled the agency and now I understand the poor reviews. Totally unprofessional. Zero communication. Avoid.
Called to find out about 24 belden ave commercial real estate rental listing, jason responded himself. While I understand he may have specific tenants/businesses he wants to rent out to he was super rude and condescending. Listing is for 30K SQ.FT retail commercial space and the call was to ask if he would would subdivide, as I would want to put in a restaurant, Cafe Bar with on premise liquor service.
