I was wrongly accused by an attorney at this firm of contacting an individual with whom I had absolutely no communication, and this false allegation was presented to my employer in a cease-and-desist letter. The claim is entirely unfounded. When I requested a simple apology, the attorney who issued the letter dismissed my request. Based on this experience, I would encourage you to consider taking your business to a firm that acknowledges its errors and makes appropriate amends when it has acted improperly.
I dealt with this law firm in a situation where they represented a health care provider. They ended up offering a settlement in a small claims suit, rather than taking it to court. A law firm that can't win a small claims suit is certainly one to avoid. The attorney I dealt with, Jim Taylor, showed particular incompetence by not really reading the claim and making bogus arguments in response.
Always very happy with the personal and professional service we received from this practice. Bryan Bailey and his team are phenomenal. Would recommend them to anyone looking for strong respresentation in the healthcare industry.
This is one of the worst legal agencies I have ever had to deal with.
