The worst they charged 300 dollars still did not fix the issues all they did was fix the wire and did not even do a good job it has me another 600 dollars to fix the rest of the system by someone else

Wild experience with their dispatch team. For an appointment scheduled the day before (probably any appointment) they text me at 8:51am day of to confirm, 8:56am as a second attempt, then they cancel at 9:01am. Very rude when I called to see what happened (kept me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected me, I had to call back). Then they would not let me speak to a manager and said it was their process. Do not use this company!!!!!

ZERO BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a brand new HVAC and heating system with upgraded coils from Millie’s HVAC in 2018. I paid for a 16 SEER, 3-ton system with upgraded coils, backed by a warranty. In 2024, the A/C compressor failed. Instead of replacing it with an equivalent unit, they downgraded it to a 15 SEER, 3-ton — a clear case of warranty misrepresentation.
