It is hard to rate when they do not return your phone calls.
WARNING do not use these people..I had a sofa reupholstered I picked out very nice expensive fabric- Janet took more than twice as long as she said she would- never updated me or return my calls or texts I finally started sending angry texts and messages, when she finally delivered sofa they dropped it twice in close inspection it is clear they did a rush sloppy job- lumpy, staples showing uneven sewing etc..

We recently got a chair reupholstered and Millie's was such an easy place to work with. They were responsive via telephone and email, were very patient and helpful with me when picking out new fabric, and had everything completed in the given time frame. Highly recommend!!
