I love my Shelley Robinson! She has been working her magic with my hair for over 25 years. She is not only a true friend, she is a master hair stylist and colorist. I had an appointment, but ended up waiting a half an hour after my appointment. Nobody told me that stylist was running late or even told that stylist that her 3:30 appointment was there, and waiting. WTF? BTW I was early to check in, and the receptionist couldn't find my name. They looked at my phone # and the name they had next to it was Lauren, and my name is Noreen. I see the similar sounding name (I say as I roll my eyes). Not recommending that place.
