Millicent Brasserie offers a truly unique, one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory dining experience. Our dinners include 7 to 10-course tasting menu of cuisines from around around, including molecular gastronomy (6 to 9 small tasting course + 1 main course) Currently we are offering 2 dining events each week on Thursday and Saturday night at 7pm. Before stepping one foot inside The Millicent Brasserie we fell in love with Vincent's story, his heart and his passion for life and good food. Our dinner experience did not disappoint, it was unique and exciting. Not knowing exactly what to expect added to the mystery and kept us hungry for more. This was an incredible experience! We made some awesome new friend, ate some amazing food, and had a great time! If you want to see a Chef who puts his heart and soul into everything he does (Not just the food, the entire experience) then you HAVE to check this place out!

Had a wonderful evening last night with Steve Yocham at Millicent Brasserie. Everything was fantastic - the food, music, light show and video, not to mention our table companions. The food was delicious but it also smelled divine! It is definitely a feast for all of your senses and I highly recommend the experience. We will be returning without a doubt! A big thank you to Chef Vincent DePaul Tran and his entire team for a 2 hour journey to remember.
Not only one of the best meals of my life but a truly amazing experience that just shows how much love and commitment one person can put into a restaurant. I've never met such an interesting, charismatic person in my life and I will always remember this dining experience.

Went to Millicent Brasserie tonight for my friend's birthday. It was the most AMAZING dinner I think I have ever had! We can't wait to go back again! Loved, Loved, Loved it!!! Only downside... could have easily had 2 (or more) of everything. Thank you Chef for a wonderful evening!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Every detail of the restaurant is very well thought out and intentional. This restaurant has the perfect balance of amazing food, luxurious dining, and relatable and genuine owners.
