Millicent Brasserie offers a truly unique, one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory dining experience. Our dinners include 7 to 10-course tasting menu of cuisines from around around, including molecular gastronomy (6 to 9 small tasting course + 1 main course) Currently we are offering 2 dining events each week on Thursday and Saturday night at 7pm. This restaurant is definitely a great experience. The food was excellent and we were left wanting more of each course. The staff was great and chef Tran is a wonderful chef and we enjoyed getting to talk with him and hear his story. My only suggestion that really impacted the dining experience is to let the guests know to be respectful of others around them. We sat by four extremely loud ladies and asked to be moved. So it really changed up the dynamic of the dinner. It breaks my heart when people don't call to give me a heads-up. This way I can rearrange to make our guests more comfortable. My wife and I had an amazing dinner here this past weekend. The food was fantastic and that's saying something because I'm quite the picky eater. I figured that with 9 courses there's bound to be one I didn't like but I found myself wanting to lick each plate clean. :) The music, lights, and atmosphere complemented each course and it was great that Vincent came out and talked about each dish and his inspiration for it. Vincent - we had a great time. Coming from NYC, it's was exciting to see such passion and hard work in Tulsa. Love the restaurant, food and, especially, the people making it happen!
The overall experience was impressive. Vincent took care of every detail from his personal presentation of dinner to the multi sensory experience. I do think the roasted butternut squash purée was my personal favorite!

My dining experience was remarkable to say the least. Chef Vincent and his team have cultivated a friendly environment and the presentation of each course was fantastic. I was blown away by my experience at Millicent Brasserie. From the intimate seating to the exquisite detail of the food, I truly felt like Chef Tran was taking me on a personal tour of all of his passions. He cooks every dish, programs every audio/visual show, and explains the inspiration behind each dish as it's served. It is truly some of the best food I have ever had and Chef Tran makes you feel as if you're eating in his own home. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dining experience!!
