Just thinking about it
My son and his fiancé have lived at this property for years now, while going to school at AU. The property and amenities may be nice but pray that you do not need the office for anything. On several occasions there would be issues with the apartment and it would take days for them to acknowledge it. One of the worst apartments I’ve lived at. It’s in a terrible location in Augusta (safety-wise) and is right next to train tracks. Have had multiple instances where other tenants walk their dogs off-leash, refuse to clean up after their pet, or are loud and disruptive and management rarely ever did anything about it. There’s nothing special about the apartments themselves, and like any corporately-owned complex, they’ll nickel and dime you past what they charge for monthly rent. Sarah Hardin in the leasing office is GOATed! She was so helpful from the moment I emailed about a virtual tour all the way through my move-in and beyond. She reached out to me by email and by text message and offered to sent me pictures of the apartment I was interested in, even taking pictures from the balcony! Sarah was prompt with responses and I was able to do my lease within just a few days of initially reaching out.
