Big, blonde, peaked-in-high-school, delivery van driver likes to run red lights five seconds late, nearly mow down pedestrians then laugh and flip people off. Edit: just saw the other reviews. Yikes.. Their transportation or logistics manager or whoever needs to have a come-to-jesus meeting with these losers. Second edit: Nice reply. I would encourage anyone to Google street view their building, and check out the big, white delivery van parked out front. Bad, dishonest people throughout this whole company, it would appear.
Not sure about their houses but one of their trucks was tailgating drivers so bad on i-15 if the car in front would have braked it would have been nasty since he was speeding too. Seeing other reviews it looks like this is a common occurrence with them.
The staff at Millhaven Homes is very friendly and professional. They take the time to understand your needs and explain secrets buyers do not know, which could make it a lot easier to build or purchase a home.
Careful when choosing a builder you can trust. I would look elsewhere next time.
